From a product selection perspective, about the only things that seemed to be drawbacks are the inability to upgrading existing designs (i.e. good, better, best by adding more flowers at each level) and the option for the user to specify the flowers in an arrangement. The last item would be particularly useful if you’re looking to send flowers that have a specific, personal meaning for both you and the recipient. As it stands now, you’ll have to come as close as you can by choosing from the existing designs on the site.
